6 Service Applications

This is a more basic program designed to give your lawn the minimums of what it needs to have healthy soil, remain green and weed free throughout the season. 

1. Very Early Spring - Crabgrass preventer with time released granular fertilizer
2. Early / Mid Spring - Broad leaf weed control.  I spot spray only the areas that need attention per IPM best practices 
3. Late Spring - Summer Prep fertilizer which is a 90 to 120 day controlled release product with five sources of nitrogen to feed lawn through summer.  This application also contains iron for a dark green color throughout summer.  
4. Early Summer - Spot treatment of weeds as many perennial weeds do not begin to emerge and respond to control until this time.
5. Mid Summer - Spot spray weeds as needed and full lawn inspection and address any crabgrass issues that typically can occur at this time
6. Late summer - Fall growth application to keep your lawn looking dark green all through fall and into late November.  Higher nitrogen organically based granular fertilizer with iron to encourage new shoot growth and deep rooting in for this region's most critical growth period
7. OPTIONAL Winter Prep - Quick release nitrogen to give the roots a surge of energy and thus an extreme rapid green up the following spring

This program uses high efficiency premium organically based fertilizers with proven soil amendments, micro nutrients, and 60% organic materials to significantly increase your soil's microbial activity.  This program is adjusted to be an exact fit based on YOUR lawn and goals.

1. Early Spring - Crabgrass preventer with time released high efficiency granular fertilizer for a controlled green up without excessive top growth.
2. Mid Spring - Broad leaf weed control.  We spot spray only the areas that need attention per IPM best practices 
3. Late Spring - Summer Prep fertilizer which is slow release organically based nitrogen, micro nutrients, soil amendments, 60% organic material, and iron to feed lawn through summer.  Spot spray weeds as needed
4. Early Summer - Spot spray weeds as needed and full lawn inspection.  
5. Mid Summer weed control and crab grass check / treatment for any break throughs
6. Late summer - Fall growth organically based high efficiency fertilizer with full micro's, iron, 60% organic material, and soil amendments application to keep your lawn looking dark green all through fall.  Spot treatment of all weeds as needed.  
7. Late Fall - Higher nitrogen organically based fertilizer to encourage both extreme root development and deeper rooting in for this region's most critical growth period.  This also provides an extremely rapid green up the following spring

8 Monthly Visits / Applications

Many customers have asked "What do you do for your own lawn? We'd like that."  Well, this is it - with this program I come out every month, 8 times total, from March through October and essentially spoon feed your lawn the premium fertilizers identical to the methods used by golf courses.  Any weed issues are addressed during each visit, a full lawn inspection is performed, and a summer stress / color blend is also applied in July.  Timing of these applications is also adjusted based on local / current weather patterns exactly as I do for my lawn. This program is for those who want the best and keep their lawn irrigated.

Core Aeration

Aeration provides proven benefits for cool season turf types in our area. I only perform double pass aeration to provide your lawn with actual results 

Soil Rejuvenation

This service consists of a triple core aeration to maximize plugs and top dressing effects, followed by a proven group of soil amendments that help loosen soil, retain water better, and allow for better nutrient absorption, followed by an optional liquid aeration application.

Insect / Fungus Control

I can diagnose and treat both insect and disease issues in your lawn,

Soil Core Samples

I can do a full macro and micro nutrient test by pulling plugs from your lawn, prepping them, and sending them to an outside lab.
